By purchasing, activating, or using Nekoworks LIVE Producer, you agree to the following Privacy Policy, License Terms, and Refund Policy.
Nekoworks LIVE Producer uses your email address and license key only to verify ownership, activate your licensed devices, and assist with license recovery or customer support.
Payment information is collected and processed by Stripe. Nekoworks LIVE Producer does not directly collect or store your full payment-card information.
We do not collect your videos, photos, camera feed, microphone recordings, contacts, location, usage activity, or advertising data.
Information required for licensing, payment confirmation, fraud prevention, refunds, and technical support may be retained only as necessary to provide and protect the service.
Your purchase grants you a license to use Nekoworks LIVE Producer on the number of devices included with your purchase.
The standard purchase includes activation for two devices. Additional device activations may be purchased separately for $10 per device, up to 48 additional devices, for a maximum of 50 devices per license.
The software and license key may not be resold, shared publicly, distributed, copied for unauthorized use, or used to bypass licensing or device limits.
You are responsible for keeping your license key secure. Nekoworks may suspend or revoke a license used fraudulently, distributed without permission, obtained through a reversed or fraudulent payment, or used in violation of these terms.
Customers are strongly encouraged to download and thoroughly test Nekoworks LIVE Producer on every intended device before purchasing.
Device performance and feature availability may vary depending on the device manufacturer, hardware, operating-system version, camera capabilities, and other system limitations.
Purchasing a license does not guarantee that every feature will operate on every device.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

Customers should test the app thoroughly before purchasing. Refunds are not guaranteed for changes of mind, failure to test the app before purchase, or circumstances unrelated to the app’s operation.
Approved refunds may result in the related license key and device activations being canceled or revoked.
These terms may be updated when necessary to reflect changes to Nekoworks LIVE Producer, its licensing system, payment processing, or legal requirements. The current version will be available on this page.
